Call not showing

i was using whatsapp , someone was calling menover cellular , it was nit dsplayed feom top as alert , but showed in recents as missed call , but when the same peeson called me again it worked. any reason ?

Notification for an incoming call does not show up unless they call twice People call twice before my phone rings. First call will come in as missed call moment later.
