Accidental subscriptions refund
I download app and instantly I did unsubscribe too but still apple deduct payment for that app which is huge amount for me will I be able to get it back?

If you got an email receipt and there's a 'Report a Problem' link in it, use that; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
Whether they'll grant one is at their discretion in most countries.
