Entered wrong passcode now screen say wait 8 hours. Now the time is up & the the passcode screen is ready. What will be the next step. The phone is not on wifi and no service. I have a pc windows 10 iTunes and Apple devices installed. What is the next step.

If the 8 hours is up and you know the correct passcode, you enter it and your phone should open.
