Unable to Continue New iCloud terms

Can someone please tell me why when I press continue to accept the new iCloud terms it won’t move forward and just stays on the same page. I have signed out, reset my network, restarted my phone and I don’t know what else to do.

I followed the steps, signed out, signed back in, turned my phone off, and turned it back on, but the error message is still there, and I'm not able to accept the new terms and conditions.

Fix New iCloud Terms and Conditions keeps popping up on iPhone or iPad:


Go to Settings and tap your name.

Scroll down to the bottom and click "Sign Out."

Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.

Click "Sign Out."

Tap "Sign Out" again.

Sign back in.
