I cannot accept the new terms and conditions for using iCloud in my iPad os 17.7.1. Has anyone had this same issue and successfully resolved it?

Try this
Go to Settings and tap your name.
Scroll down to the bottom and click "Sign Out."
Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.
Click "Sign Out."
Tap "Sign Out" again.
Sign back in.
I’m trying the exact same thing. I’ve updated to 17.7.1, I’ve signed out of iCloud and back in, turned phone off, everything I can think of and it still gives me the error message saying I can’t accept right now. It’s VERY frustrating and apple service sent me here 🤦♀️
