iCloud Drive Unsynced and Won't Resync

So yesterday (Nov 09, 2024), my iCloud suddenly stopped syncing on my Windows computer. I have tried everything to remedy it. Uninstalled/reinstalled, signed out/in multiple times, run as admin, etc. The list goes on.

Sometimes it signs in, sometimes it just buffers. Most of the time it says "initializing" or "updating" without showing any actual progress or files on my computer. My files are all still on my iPhone, but nothing to show on my computer at all. HELP!

Yup, exactly the same.

I don't sync iCloud Drive but can confirm that what I do sync, Password and Keychain and iCloud Photos are both stuck on updating.

I can also see the last picture uploaded to my computer was November 9th.

Interestingly every time I try and open iCloud for the first time upon booting computer it just stays on "Signing in". If I X out and then open it again, it's on the screen you've screenshot but nothing is working.

I have tried repair, reset, full uninstall with Revo Uninstaller.

No luck.

I'm going to install iCloud and test on another machine, and I'm waiting to hear back from a friend who also used iCloud for Windows to see if he also has this issue.
