My Intel MacBook Air from 2020 is draining its battery even if fully shut down. I tested this over few weeks and it keeps on happening, I leave it at 100% after 5 days of not using it, I turned it on and find it at 5-10% ! I am wondering if it's some BIOS/software fault that keeps the laptop as if in sleep mode even if shut down ?
Does anybody know the fix ?

A battery can drain even if the laptop is fully charged. If I fully charge my wheelchair, after a night of sleep it has lost 5%
If a battery depletes, it can lose more when shut/powered down.
Make a check first if the battery health of the MacBook is still good
