transferring data from one iphone to another
i got a new iphone 13 for my birthday and when i tried to transfer my data it took 4 hours so i reset it and the second time it took over 18 hours and still hasn't finished

Are you are trying to configure a new iPhone by transferring the data from an older iPhone? If that’s the case, other users have had the same issue: the new iPhone freezes on the update of iOS.
The solution is to force restart the new iPhone, set it as a “new iPhone” without transferring the data from the old one, update iOS and reset the new iPhone to factory settings. At this point you’ll be able to transfer the data from the old iPhone.
