Keynote presenter notes duplicating bullets when using remote feature

Recently, when using the remote feature to control a presentation, bullets are duplicated on the remote device presenter notes. The bullets do not appear duplicated on the device running the presentation only on the remote device. I have attempted changing all sorts of bullets and list settings. I can make the bullets go away but any bullet configuration or list duplicates the bullets on the remote device notes.

The Laptop the presentation is running on is a MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.1

The Remote device is an iPad mini 6th generation running iOS 18.1

Any suggestions for a fix would be appreciated.
