Apple Flagship Store in Shopee using SPAYLATER

Has anyone else in here purchased in Shopee using SPAYLATER from Apple Flagship store? My purchase with them was the worst I had in yrs. The seller never responds, only automated AI replies. I asked if the item is compatible with my device and the seller never responds, only AI. When my niece did the purchase, I asked the seller not to ship until confirmed it's compatible, but again, only AI reply. Still shipped the item. When I requested return/refund the seller still never responds. The item itself is never opened, still sealed. Shopee said seller disputed that they sent the correct item so Shopee won't accept my return request. I'm never buying from Shopee anymore. This Apple Flagship Store has no customer service whatsoever. Has anyone experienced this and can you give me any suggestion?
