It doesn’t show the training load on Apple Watch SE

It does not show the training load feature on my Apple Watch in the activity app. I have the latest update and have all the features turned on. I don’t know why it doesn’t come. Does anyone here know why and how I can make it work?

Control Center not visible on Apple Watch All updates have been done. I've turned the watch off and back on. Still can't get Control Center when gently pressing the oval botton, NOT the crown, on the side. Just want to be able to get Control Center again. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Control center on apple watch I can’t bring up control center after the updates. I swipe up and get different apps. I press and hold the side crown or the button- nothing, even with a quick press.
