Cant move new apps to the screen that I want

I have purchased a few new apps - they go to the recently added folder but i cant move them to where i want.

These apps have cost me money and i want them on the first page where i wont forget about them. I have added checked "Add to Homescreen" - i still cant find them. Apple please fix this - i should be able to edit homnescreen from the recently added apps folder and drag them, where i want. This is a huge fumble on your part. Any help?
