Right Airpod Pro not turning on

Left airpod works fine, but right one does not connect, when I check to see the battery, there is no battery percentage for the right airpod. I reset the airpods but now I cannot connect back to my phone because the airpods will not go into pairing mode (maybe because it thinks there is no right airpod?).

AirPod Not Charging:

Seems you have no power to it. You need to back both powered on, in order for it to work. So, troubleshoot the charge.

Troubleshooting AirPods Power:

A. A Few Links to Visit:

B. Try the Following Tasks:

  • Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.

  • Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)

  • Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger
