Hi There,

I have just purchased new iPhone and it didn't give me 3months free subscription for Apple TV.

I have always gotten the Apple TV subscription when I purchased iPhones, iPads.

I have the same ID. I had not/never subscribed to Apple TV in 2 years/never.

The promotions says:

This offer is not available if you or your Family have previously accepted and Apple TV+ three month free offer or one year free offer.

Since you said you have always gotten the subscription before, you would not be eligible. There is no exception if it has been longer than 2 years.
