Lost All My MacBook Data, After Delete backup File on Iphone

I am using apple product for Laptop, Ipad dan iPhone with singe user iCloud ID, so i can share iCloud data both on my Laptop, iPad or Iphone, every thing is going well until one time i have not enough icloud space for backup my Iphone, 5 TB is not enouch becuse i am using for my Family too

So i dicided to upgrade plan from 2 TB to to 6 TB, but i still can not backup my iPhone event thought i have purchase 6 TB plan

The backup size on my iPhone was 80 GB, i assume this backup is too big so the backup process is fail, so i decided to delete this backup file (from Apple ID | iCloud | ICloud Backup | All Device Backup | iPhone xx | Turn Off and Delete from iCloud )

the word on this button is Turn Off iCloud Backup on your Device and deletes all of your device's backup stored in iCloud

so i Decided and Push this Turn Off and Delete from iCloud Button, and the backup file is delete (not on my phone anymore), and then i push Backup Now Button (iCloud ID | iCloud | iCloud Backup | Backup Now), and the backup now is success

Now Last backup is appear according the date backup and the backup file size was 82.18 GB, I am Happy, becuse it was 6 month backup file always fail, and now is success

I just realized abpout 3 days later after backup, All my data on my Laptop is gone, FYI all data on my laptop is located on iCloud Drive

I have visited the apple customer service and they cannot give me solutoin, they ask me to call the technical hotline, they have guided my with share screen sharing, and to some technical assistance, But they still can not help me to give my data back

My Qustion is

Why Deleted backup on my iPhone affected to delete all my data on iCloud (My Document and so on)

I hope apple can give me restore deleted function for All My Documents
