Snow Screen When Playing Videos in iTunes For Windows 11 Problem FIXED!

I've been using iTunes since the mid 2000s. For at least a year I've been experiencing issues with iTunes playing movies in Windows 11. When playing a movie in the background, the playback window would turn to snow. I've installed all the latest updates on windows, drivers, iTunes,... everything! Nothing worked. Alas, I've finally figured out the solution: switch to Apple TV. Since switching I've had no issues with playback. It's clear to me that Apple has abandoned fixing any issues with iTunes and is solely focused on Apple TV and Apple Music for windows. I've removed iTunes (and I'm fighting back tears) and installed the new apps.
