Might be a bug and I'd recommend to update to iOS 18.4.1
This should not be a reason for concern. It's likely that this is due to its role of authenticating apps you've used. AuthKitUIService is used primarily for Apple ID, iCloud, and other Apple services. It's displaying secure sign-in screens for apps, and allowing 3rd party apps to use things like Touch ID or FaceID, etc.

AuthKit is an add-on piece of software that app developers can use to build sign-in screens.
I’m not seeing it on my iPhone, but that only means we use different apps.
should i be concerned?
It seems legit. Unless you have more clues, I wouldn’t be concerned.
i had the same, however the authkitui service exactly matches the screen time I had for Picsart, so check if any other apps have the exact same amount of screen time and were used at similar times
It has to do with hiding your identity when logging in to potentially harmful sites. Not something I would “worry” abt until you notice it causing damage to any accounts you may own.
I think u can face lock everything then literally put time limit on the settings and all of those authkit items things I see multiple in my screen time have to try to lock it all down hide everything and limit contact and activity ability really sucks
it does the same thing to me too, i genuinely dont know how to get rid of it
Just turned its timer down to 1 minute. Now we will see what happens.
It just started this am when I turned my vpn back on and was using 5G instead of WiFi. Related? Idk.
maybe this will help someone.
Same here i just cut on app usage this authkit has my photos which ive barely used tiday is at 4 hrs 21 min
Well said, @raif.
I wanted to tack on one supplementary recommendation: Keep apps up to date as well.
