What is "AuthKitUIservice" on iOS?

in my screen time im seeing "AuthKitUIservice" active for 3h21m. what that means? should i be concerned?

Might be a bug and I'd recommend to update to iOS 18.4.1


This should not be a reason for concern. It's likely that this is due to its role of authenticating apps you've used. AuthKitUIService is used primarily for Apple ID, iCloud, and other Apple services. It's displaying secure sign-in screens for apps, and allowing 3rd party apps to use things like Touch ID or FaceID, etc.
