Yes, Max Mitty, it will work… BUT, not too well for startup( if it’s your only keyboard) or troubleshooting ( too iffy/unpredictable for that), plus it’ll need fresh/rechargeable/recharged batteries regularly… I’d recommend having a usb wired keyboard and mouse around for those reasons, or at least a Bluetooth keyboard with a wired option built in + cable , eg Apple Magic Keyboard or another brand with the same feature… a usb wired keyboard and mouse will be cheap, reliable, pretty much any brand or type ( Windows , Mac , universal ) will work fine… as long as they are both USB and wired… you may need a USB-C to usb-A female adapter, but
