Message that Im playing music playing on other devices

I have been trying Apple Music after a few years away. I have had to cancel it due to the "You are playing music on other devices" message. There is no music playing on other devices and it's just me here. This happens on iPhone, iPad and Samsung devices. I changed my Apple password just in case but still the same.

Why can't it work like Spotify or Deezer in that if you are actually playing music on other devices it simply cuts the feed to those devices.

Shame I've had to cancel as apart from this bug that makes it unusable I think it is probably the best of the streaming services. Looking back it appears this has been ongoing for others for a long time but Apple just don't fix it.
