How can I successfully send money from Apple Pay to Wise?

Wise has restrictions on transfers Apple Pay (and Google Pay). To review those restrictions:

You’ll need an internal transfer service or account that specifically allows Turkey. A simple solution might be Western Union or one of the cards Walmart sells.

Most US banks will do a wire transfer. Much less chance of fraud, but expensive. Other services don’t permit it because of fraud risk and money laundering risk.
