An error occurred while updating iOS 18.1 on iPhone 15 and I can't get out of recovery mode.

I've been trying to update my iPhone to iOS 18.1 but it's been unsuccessful. The update got stuck on the Apple logo, so I decided to restore it using the Windows Apple Device app. During the restoration process, I encountered the error message "Unable to restore iPhone. An unknown error has occurred." The error codes displayed were 75, 1109, and 2002.

If anyone knows please let me know.

Here is Apple’s guidance for error 2002.

Here's what to check. Try again after each step:

  1. Use the USB cable that came with your device. If you don't have it, use another Apple-certified USB cable.
  2. Switch to a different USB port on your computer. Don't plug into your keyboard.
  3. Switch to a USB port on a different computer.
  4. If you still see the error, check for other USB issuescheck your third-party security software, then check your hardware.

If you have VPN installed on your PC, or you have an antivirus running, that is what is covered in Step 4. Try disabling VPN and your antivirus.
