It is difficult to know what's happening with your iPhone from your message. Eg: Wondering where the message that appears comes from ... (eg: posting us a screenshot using the image insertion button at the bottom of the reply window may give a clue)

ie: maybe your phone provider need you to update your settings ?

or

maybe you tried to install an update ?

or tried to restore your iPhone to factory settings ? and the attempt failed?

It may help to know which iPhone model you need help with,

and which iOS version is installed on it, and what was happening

with your iPhone when the message appeared.
