Do M4 iMacs support for 5120x1440 resolution external monitors?
My MacBook M1 Pro - does perfect, but it's time to switch.
Can someone please clarify if M4 MacBook Pro will work with my 5120x1440 monitor as perfect as my M1 MacBook does?

Yeah it will work. 5120x1440 is actually less pixels than a 4K display and M4 supports at least one 6K display.

It's not exactly about the pixels - it's about compatibility. For example iPad M4 did NOT support 5120x1440 (only 4K) while M3 did perfect. I just got "no signal" when iPad M4 connected to my display
