For the past few months the call waiting and forwarding options are no longer on my phone. If I am on a current call, the new caller is sent directly to voicemail. The settings WERE there, but at some point have disappeared. My provider is Spectrum Mobile and after phone calls and actually going into the store, they are unable to help and advised me to speak to Apple. Please help! I need call waiting.

I believe Spectrum Mobile is a reseller of Verizon's services. YVerizon's network doesn't allow for those features to be changed directly from the hone. our carrier has to enable the feature on your account. Unfortunately, it sounds as if the folks in the Spectrum Store may have been inadequately trained. Call their customer service directly.
If you were a Verizon customer, I thnk you can do it from the app or website. You may want to check if you have such an option through Spectrum.

Not all carriers support controlling that from the settings on the phone.
If you don’t see it in settings or the settings on the phone aren’t working to control it, contact your cellular carrier.
