iPad Air (3rd Generation) backup to PC
I routinely backup my devices to my PC through iTunes prior to all updates. This last time, I was unable to update the iPad while plugged into my PC. It prompted me to "restore" or set up as "new". I selected "restore", selected the date (30 mins. prior), then after the progress bar got 1/3 of the way, a notice came up "unable to communicate with the device"
What now?
