Iphone 15 Pro Apple Carplay doesn't work
I have been reaching out to the Apple support people for over two weeks now. I bought the Iphone 15 Pro in September. Everything appeared to be working fine. I did the IOS update and that's when all my problems began. I am unable to use carplay, Siri and now unable to even hook up to blue tooth. Have had the tech support on the phone more that 6 times and each time they have me trying something usually the same thing. I have now been referred over to a senior tech who calls me to check in to see if some miracle has happened. Tomorrow again I have a scheduled call. Not really sure what the calls are supposed to be doing beside maybe making me feel like someone is listening. The funny thing is that at first they had me doing to the Honda dealer to see if this was their issue. Well, it was not. We are able to connect my husbands Iphone 14 with no problems. We also tried to connect my Iphone 15 to my husbands 2022 Dodge Ram did not work on his vehicle either.
I need some kind of resolution soon. I am so disappointed with Apple. Some of the discussions state that they have had this problem for over a year. I really do rely on my navigation and having to listen to FM Radio just isn't going to work for me. I feel like I have gone back to the days where vehicles did not have carplay.
I am also reading on the Apple forums that Iphone 16 is also having this problem. Really!!! What choice does this leave the consumer. I want my Iphone 11 back!
