How to redeem badly scratched Apple Gift Card?
My Apple Card is scratched badly please help me out

This is user to user only forum. We can't help you with scratches on your Apple Card. Contact Goldman Saks and request a replacement card. You can do that in the Wallet App directly. Tap the Apple Card. Tap the three ***, then account details and scan down to Request Replacement Card.
