AppleTV app on ipad sound but no picture

Have been having this problem for a while, nothing on AppleTV App on iPad has video. There is sound, and it will show the sub-titles, show title, episode title, etc, but not the video.

Other video apps work fine.

iPad Air 5th Gen

iPadOS 18.0

Have tried restarting, has been happening from previous versions of the OS.

Have delete the app and reinstalled, still same issue.

Thoughts?
