Apple Music not playing after ios18 updated

Has anybody else had the same problem, my phone connects to the car and making calls and stuff is ok but when I try to use Apple Music it plays through the phone? I’ve tried reconnecting the phone and I’ve been through all the setting imaginable but nothing seems to change.

very frustrating as it’s important for me to use this option. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Is this an issue with the update as it’s always worked. Car is a Mercedes. Phone is 15 pro. Thanks
