MacBook Pro and Mac mini cannot find system cameras

MacBook Pro and Mac mini both devices are using Sequoia - neither one of them now can locate the built in camera - neither one of them can successfully download the latest software update - any assistance gladly received...mini 8 months old, MacBook 2019

On the MacBook Pro go to System Information located in >> Finder >> Go >> Utilities

Look for Camera in left panel

What is listed on the right panel ?

Do the same for the Mac Mini of 8 months old

What is listed on the right panel ?
