Notification from settings is enabling my mac to restart or access the settings

While I was organizing my passwords, the settings send this notification and it doesn´t go away. I tried clicking OK and shutting down the settings app but it doesn´t close. Because of that I cant restart my mac or install new versions of the IOS. I cant even log off my apple ID account. I dont know what else to do to fix it.
