apple music not playing songs on my ps5

there is nothing wrong with the sound on my playstations there is only ever an issue when i try and play music. the songs never load or play sound ive already tried deleting the app and redownloading signing out of my account restarting my ps5 everything but still no music... every other sound works but when i go to play a song it stays at 0:00, it will say that the song is playing but it really isnt. i just want to listen to music when i play the game but for some reason i cant figure out apple music wont play. it works perfectly fine on my tv phone computer ect. but not on my game...
