Apple Chat unresponsive for 6 hours
Ive tried on 3 computers, the chat "2 min" has been up for 6 hours? Whats going on?

A VPN or firewall on your network might affect connecting to the chat, though I can't say for sure. Otherwise, we're all just fellow users here and have no insight into what the status is of Apple Support's various contact methods. If Chat isn't working to contact Apple Support, you'll need to call them. I've found that in a number of cases the personnel on the Chat can't handle a situation and just direct you to call anyway.
