Advance payment for iCloud storage to clear Apple Store balance
i have my apple store balance. I want to change region but it will only accept after clear my store balance. Is there a way to pay advance for icloud storage?

Either enter in a credit or debit card temporarily and buy something more expensive than your remaining balance, or contact iTunes Support and ask them to clear your balance for you.
