Why is my Apple Intelligence not showing the ring around display?

My Apple Intelligence with Siri is not showing the ring around my display anymore. It was working last week and it just stopped working yesterday. I now get the standard Siri icon bubble at the bottom instead of the new Apple intelligence ring.
