Hi,
1. How can I see the page numbers while viewing a PDF in Safari?
2. Is there a way to jump directly to a specific page number within the PDF?

Safari doesn't support displaying page numbers or jumping to a specific page. After all, it's a browser, not a specialized PDF viewer.
You can use Preview or other dedicated PDF editors. They are more feature-rich and better suited for viewing PDFs.
