Cannot Create Playlists

Friends, I am on the current iOS, using an iPhone 14. When I try to create my weekly playlist I get a window that says it is unable to create a playlist. Admittedly I have a lot of playlists, I do it weekly. I can make the playlist in the music.apple.com web site. I cannot do it in the Apple Music app on my MacBook. Is this a bug, but will it be fixed? Can I fix it?
