iOS manual EQ please?

It’s so close to a deal breaker for someone like me whom uses iPad for all airplay work and hardwire to a dac not to have a manual EQ in Apple Music.

The implementation of such a feature is well within the boundaries of the software writers skills so why has this feature not been given the green light? So many people need to EQ their music in all areas of musical use and need either to accommodate hardware or simply personal taste.

It has been a much desired feature for years.
