iCloud for windows 11 lost my Outlook (Classic)Tasks

I elected to sync Calendar and Contacts only with iCloud for Windows as iTunes disappeared. I am working with a Win11 PC (standalone, minimal cloud use) and iPhone11. With iCloud for Windows sync, all my Outlook Tasks were lost. I believe that (possibly) Outlook Tasks are included with email syncing, however, I was unable to find any confirmation of this. Additionally, in looking at Outlook, it appears Tasks should be syncing, but nothing there. Would like an explanation for my lost Outlook Tasks. Any solution?


Secondly, I'd like my Calendar and Contacts to be stored locally, on my PC and my iPhone, in addition to residing in iCloud. Is there an option to accomplish this?
