For unknown reason, all of sudden on 11/3/2024, at 12:10 pm. I noticed that one of my contact send me a message and instead of her phone number, I am seeing it is coming from her email. Then later when I scroll upward to see other prior messages, I noticed that almost whole 3 year worth of messages are missing. Everything between 10/18/2021 to 11/3/2024 12:10 pm is gone from my iPhone. ( I have an iPad, messages on iPad is fine. Everyone else’s messages are all there, just ONE contact’s messages is having issue)
iPhone 15 pro max, and I just updated to iOS 18.1.
Please help!
