I need help hello Apple, I am currently living in Israel. I bought a mac book air M1 13' from Ethiopia before and the serial number is while, I was using it I received a message saying "This Mac is blocked The system PIN is required to use this mac" I didn't enter any PIN before. so i need a solution?

That would indicate that the Mac was remotely locked using FindMy. You need to sign into iCloud using the link included in that message to get the PIN number. If the Apple ID that is signed into the Mac is not yours, then it had not been properly erased and will forever be locked to that Apple ID and you will not be able to use the device. You will know if the device is not signed into your Apple ID when you log into iCloud and the device is not listed there.
