Hello, I cannot make in-app purchases for several days. There are money on my apple id balance, payment method (mobile phone) is also valid and ok. I can purchase apps in app store directly- only in-app purchases don’t work. They are allowed in Screen Time menu, I’ve checked. Re-logging in apple id doesn’t help, rebooting the phone too.

I found the phone number of apple tech support for my country, explained everything, they are dealing with it now.
