transferring apps to IP 14 from old phone
everything has transferred to my new phone except apps. how can i now transfer them over?

Those are automatically redownloaded from the App Store after the data has been loaded if they're still available there. Wait until it's complete or manually get them from it.
If one was removed from the App Store, you can't put it onto the new unit.
