Unable to find Apple Intelligence & Siri in the Settings on iPhone 15 Pro Max after iOS 18.1 update

I downloaded iOS 18.1 update, but I didn't find Apple Intelligence & Siri in the Settings. My phone is IPhone 15 pro max, I changed the region to the United States and the Language to US English.

iPhone 16 (A3288) — Apple Intelligence menu not showing Hello, I am using an iPhone 16 (model: A3288) with the latest iOS version installed. However, the Apple Intelligence & Siri menu does not appear in Settings. Since my device is listed as compatible with Apple Intelligence, I was expecting the feature to be available. Here are the steps I have already tried, without success: Updated to the latest iOS version Tried device language: Turkish and English (US) Tried region: Türkiye and United States Tried Siri language: Turkish and English (US) Restarted the device Searched for “Apple Intelligence” in Settings Despite these steps, the Apple Intelligence option is still missing. My questions: Is Apple Intelligence not fully enabled for Türkiye region yet? Is there any limitation related to the iPhone 16 (A3288) model? Is there an additional step required to enable this feature? Thank you in advance for your help.
