How to get my locked Apple Account unlocked?

Contacting Apple by phone or starting an online support request is your only option. They may email you back information or links, but it is not a method of support for communication. In most cases the emails you receive will have a no reply sending address. You will need to contact Apple again using one of these methods.

If Apple Support has told you that they will email you when their review is complete, this is what will happen. We cannot speak for Apple as to how long this might take.

You won't be able to communicate to Apple via email. But, even if you could, you would receive the same information that you already have.

Apple does not provide support by email unless they initiate it. Account recovery will take as long as it takes. Just make sure you act upon the email when you get it.
