Unable to download large 75Gb single file from iCloud Drive

I had a large .iso file that I put on my desktop that was synced to iCloud. I am now trying to pull the file back down. However, the file download keeps failing when I try from my iCloud Drive on my Mac and select the 'Download now' option. Additionally if I try to download through iCloud.com the network keeps getting disconnected every time around the 35Gb mark (I am guessing this is from the apple side?).

Any ideas how I can get this file back or do I just need to keep retrying?
