iCloud files not dowloaded on computer

Hi, my files are all backed up on iCloud and in order to be able to have more files on my computer I activated the option to store files on iCloud and not have them on my computer for immediate use.

However a super important folder is among those files, and I need access to it regularly. Is there any way of downloading the whole file without having to go and open each document in the file to make sure its on my computer and easily accessible?
