Added money to apple account balance for train ticket but it told me to add a credit card and didn’t get option to use balance

So I just tried buying train tickets and they only accepted German payment methods or Apple Pay so I added 105 euros on my apple account balance but when I selected Apple Pay it told me I needed a credit card which I don’t have and it never let me use my balance.

is there a way to put my balance money back on either my used debit card or put it on my PayPal account or another app that will eventually let me put it back on my debit card or PayPal (I can transfer my money from PayPal back to my bank card)
