I just buy brand new usb type C magic keyboard with touch id and touch id not working. Should I return it to store? Any solutions how to fix this problem?

Only one difference that I see is the firmware version.
Lightning one is 4.2 - thats works
USB type C is 4.1 - not working.
How I can force update keyboard firmware?
I have similar keyboard but with lightning and it is working ok.
the usb-c accessories only work on 15.x macos even though its the same hardware... complete bs from apple.
Apple Magic Keyboard for apple Silicon with touch id usb type C touch Id not working at all.
