Bluetooth Connection Unsuccessful

I have an iPhone 14 with iOS 18.1, and I’ve been having issues with my Bluetooth connections. When I turn on a Bluetooth device, whether it be my headphones or a radio, it often won’t connect automatically. I’ve gone into my Bluetooth settings on my phone and tried to manually connect them (when they’re already paired), but the phone doesn’t seem to even try to connect, and immediately says “Connection Unsuccessful. Make sure “(whatever device it is)” is turned on and in range.” However, when I turn Bluetooth off and then on again, it works fine. Is there any way to fix this?
